Obituary


Ruth Ann (Cline) Harris died Aug. 14, 2017, peacefully at Swedish Medical Center, after a short battle with cancer. She spent over 30 years as a certified nursing assistant in Lewis County. She was an emergency medical technician/firefighter with Lewis County Fire District #5 for 11 years. She cared deeply for every person she cared for. Ruth will be remembered for her smile, laugh, beautiful singing voice, caring heart and generosity.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Dorothy Cline; husband, James Ray Harris.

Ruth is survived by her daughter, Janie (Harris) and KC Goodman; son, James (Buzz) and Lani Harris; son, D. Pete and Dawn Harris; grandchildren, Christalle Harris, Cameron McDonald, Heather Hoyt, Colton McDonald, Pete and Katherine Harris and MacKenzey Harris; great-grandchildren, Kaith and Leighlyn Harris.
She was a member of the Riverwood Baptist Church.
A memorial service and potluck lunch September 10, 2017, at 3 p.m., at 118 James Dr., Chehalis, WA 98532.
