Kenneth Carl Adams, 86, unexpectedly passed away Jan. 13, 2018, at the family home in Chehalis, Wash. He was born in Ord, Neb., in 1931. Ken lived in Spokane before moving to Chehalis.
He worked for many years as a truck driver, traveling throughout Washington State. Ken married the love of his life, Viola Rae Adams, Jan. 1, 1957. He enjoyed having lunch and playing pinochle with friends at the Twin Cities Senior Center. Ken was quite the pool shark and enjoyed playing with all his buddies. Kenneth Carl Adams, 86, unexpectedly passed away Jan. 13, 2018, at the family home in Chehalis, Wash. He was born in Ord, Neb., in 1931. Ken lived in Spokane before moving to Chehalis.
He worked for many years as a truck driver, traveling throughout Washington State. Ken married the love of his life, Viola Rae Adams, Jan. 1, 1957. He enjoyed having lunch and playing pinochle with friends at the Twin Cities Senior Center. Ken was quite the pool shark and enjoyed playing with all his buddies. He was always ready to give a good laugh, especially during his years of selling the Miracle Maid Cooking line.
Ken was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Viola Rae Adams; parents, Chester and Sarah (Nickingale) Davis Adams; and great-granddaughter, Eve.
He was also the youngest of 10 siblings. He is survived by brother, Hank of California; children, Connie (Frank) Johnson, Gene (Joyce) Adams and Terri (Tim) Pilz; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Per Kenneth's requests, there will be no services. There will be a gathering for family and friends in the spring.
